Topic: Wordpress 404 on front end - Apache mod_rewrite error ?

Hi,
I have installed new Wordpress multisite installation
Ubuntu 16.04
Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
Server built: 2016-07-14T12:32:26
php 7.0.8-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
WordPress 4.6.1
vhost config : http://apaste.info/0BgYq
htaccess : http://apaste.info/LGJ64
( domain is changed, configuration files below don't have the changed domain )
Access to front page is ok, as well as access to admin area - wp-admin
but every link on front end returns 404 error

I have tried several changes to configurations but with no success.
I have finally moved all htaccess instructions to vhost config, as I have found several articles and forum posts that suggest this action in similar cases.

You try to access log-new-test-page ?

That is a link in frontand. Apache should pass uri to php-wordpress as per last rewrite rule, but instead shows 404 error. Page is predprod.architech.hr you can click on any link and it will show 404.
All links that are on the back end ( admin ) work fine.
