Our Customer has SAP ERP system. They recently implemented a third party e-commerce application called WECO with SEO (Search engine optimization). In order to implement the search engine optimization they had us install Apache web server which would do the URL rewrites rules for there e-commerce website.
Recently what has been happening is there website goes down or hangs and give them the below message:
Error Code : 8
www.evoquaadvantage.com: Connection failed.
The Proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection rejection (TCP reset)
2016-09-01 20:04:30 UTC
Your IP 64.132.73.46 | Proxy IP 192.230.66.254 (ID 10208)
Origin Server IP X.X.X.81
In order to get the website back up and running i have to restart the Apache service on the Windows server where its installed. Once i do that website is back up and running.
We are no Apache experts and we have tried to go thru the logs for Apache but are able to find no errors, Because the Apache service apparently still running even when the website is down.
So we are not sure what is going on is it Apache that is causing it or its the network ?
Please let us know if you guys have seen anything like this happen to other websites.
Thanks

If the website used to run fine before the SEO changes then I would start eliminating potential problems one by one.
If you are using mod_rewrite or mod_securiy then diasable them both including any external conf configuration scripts and restart the websiate and see if the errors persist. |
