Hi everyone,

This is my first post, so just let me know if I'm missing some info or otherwise doing this incorrectly.

I have an Apache server hosting my website. It's also integrated with a Shibboleth IdP for authentication (not sure if that's the issue here or not, may be relevant). In my Apache error logs, I'm seeing this error pop up repeatedly, but I cannot seem to figure out what it means:

Code:
[Mon Aug 22 12:58:17.009658 2016] [:error] [pid 28892] [client (clientIP):51942] 3600, referer: (various URLs for the website here)

For most users, this does not affect them and they do not see any error. However, anyone using Safari sees an error pop up (below).

Can anyone help me figure out what's going on here? The error message is quite cryptic.
