| I loaded apache 2.49 then upgraded php to 7.1a3 and it shows php7apache.dll missing? Do I need to get it or dont need it or? |

| It's only in the thread safe version of php, the non-thread safe (nts) versions do not have it. |

| Is this: php7apache2_4.dll the same thing then I presume I must have the path boogered? In the wamp gui it just says php7_module |

Not sure what wampserver had, but yes php7apache2_4.dll is the module you load with LoadModule directive.
LoadModule php7_module /path/to/php7apache2_4.dll |
