I created a text document in Windows 10, with pictures in it and, because my printer was connected to my laptop, saved it onto memory stick and tried to open it on the laptop which runs Windows 7. All I got was pages of #s although the formats were the same. Any ideas?

OK. Thanks. I had saved it as a .doc file 97/2000/XP. I will try again saving as you suggest.
