Issue:
When I access my website (localhost, 127.0.0.1 or local IP@) in local no problem.
When I access via dyanmic IP adress (router), I got the following message:
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /UI on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
