Could you please let me know the compatibility of Apache 2.4 for RHEL 5.11 . Please provide me the download link, so that i can proceed with installation.

You'll have to build from source or search the web for some third-party binary distribution.

I had the same problem and wrote a shell script that can compile it from the source

https://github.com/JBlond/debian_build_apache24
clone it and chekout the redhat branch.
