I've done all I can think of. I realize your rules state that I should not just paste all of this, but I'm what you would call a beginner in Apache and I only have the barebones for what I need it to do.

This is my httpd.conf: http://pastebin.com/VWfdDPBs

This is my tbg.conf inside sites-available (site name is tbg): http://pastebin.com/VF2uasFE

This is my django.wsgi: http://pastebin.com/61cau0ff

This is my error.log: http://pastebin.com/YDFkbknY

This is for a local website using Django with WSGI. Apache version is 2.4.7, OS is Zentyal 4.0 (i.e. Ubuntu 14). The problem is that the website does not respond, it hangs when I assume it is waiting for a response. Nothing happens after that. I also have the hosts file point to tbg from the IP I got from ifconfig.

Your httpd.conf seems to be too short. No module loading etc.
Is apache running?
