Hi All
We have installed apache 2.4.10 on Windows 8.1 with a the plain httpd.conf file - we can render a page from htdocs but cannot get anything in cgi-bin to work. Have installed in c:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\apache2.4 - apache starts and stops and does not report any errors.

| Did you enable mod_cgi? And added a handler to your files? |
