PHP 5.3.29RC1 contains no new features only bugfixes. As 5.3.29 is supposed to be the last and final release of the 5.3 series ever please test your code very carefully with PHP 5.3.29RC1 to help us release a stable new PHP version.

Please be aware that my builds are using OpenSSL 1.0.1 and the official PHP binaries 0.9.8za. Be careful with mixing the two. |
