EDIT
Just thought I'd simplify my question.
1. I have installed vanilla Apache on my system (using XAMPP). I know i can install shibboleth by running the msi, but how do I compile/build the module into the installed version of Apache as this is what I need to do when installing it into Oracle's version of apache (see first link below to see Shiboleth's own explanation)
2. This needs to be a windows build as this is what we run our OHS server on.
END OF EDIT
According to Shibboleth's installation guide it cannot be installed on Oracle Apache from the .msi because of significant changes to the header files and therefore suggests building it from source instead. See under Installing Apache https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsApacheInstaller
My question is can anyone guide me in the right direction as to how I can build Shibboleth into Oracle's Apache (OHS) from Source.
This guide talks about building Shibboleth, but really has nothing to do with building it into oracles version of apache https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsSourceBuild
Is there a specific approach to take when you want to compile a module into a version of Apache.
