Can somebody help me to recompile MOD_PROXY_WSTUNNEL for Apache 2.2 on Windows ? Is it possible to do ? I understood it is available only for Apache 2.4 but I can't use this version for company reasons.

Is there a procedure, site or guide I can follow to recompile this module with Visual Studio ? I need also to recompile Apache with the same version ?

Had somebody already recompiled MOD_PROXY_WSTUNNEL for Apache 2.2 ?

Thanks in advance, each help is appreciated.

When I read the docu: It's available only for *nix in 2.4.5+, see http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_proxy_wstunnel.html

Strange, it is by default build in the 2.4 binaries here at Apache Lounge.

I know it's officially available from 2.4.5 but also for Windows where I tested (it's included in the installer). I want to try to recompile it for Apache 2.2 using Visual Studio. Can somebody help me to understand how a module can be recompiled for Apache ? What I need to include and to recompile ? Is there an official procedure ?

nope, it is available on windows, too. At least it is also included in the Apache Haus downloads. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to build Wink
