Following the link https://www.feistyduck.com/books/modsecurity-handbook/gettingStarted.html I got to a page where is specified "We're sorry, but ModSecurity Handbook: Getting Started is not currently available. We might bring it back again in the future. "

@daniel1975 I asked Ivan, his reply:

At this time, I have no plans for the free ModSecurity (Getting Started)
ebook. I considered it recently, but I decided to reduce the price of
the main book instead. It's now only £12 in the digital edition.
