Thanks to Piere J at PHP:
Just the apache 2.3 handlers php5apache2_3.dll are added to 5.4 and trunk. It will be renamed to 2.4 once apache released 2.4 stable.
The next snapshots should have them. The filter SAPI is added later.

| I tried! Works fine with 2.3.13. Since the magic number has changed it won't load into 2.3.12 |
