Has anyone tried compiling mod_cloudflare for Apache 2.4 x64 using VC11? I've been looking for a compiled version, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. The source is available at https://raw.github.com/cloudflare/CloudFlare-Tools/master/mod_cloudflare_apache2_4.c If someone could compile it for me or point me to one, I would be very grateful.
