Modsecurity has released this new version.
For Apache it is a very minor update, most updates are non-Apache (for IIS etc.).
So we wait till when Apache 2.4.4 comes and can bring the latest depencies (pcre and libxml2) in line with mod_security and Apache.
Apache 2.4.4 is expected within a few weeks.
