I am new to Apache. The download is missing "libxml2.dll". Can you please let me know where to find that.

There is a libxml2.dll included in the mod_security downloads there, you can get it from there or the one here https://www.apachehaus.net/other/

On the download page here at Apache Lounge libxml2.dll is included in mod_proxy_html-3.1.2-win32.zip and mod_proxy_html-3.1.2-win64.zip .

Where did you downloaded mod_proxy_html ?

Thank you for replying. I overlooked the download page. I did not see the separate page for 64 bit downloads. Sorry about that.

I downloaded a version from this link ( http://www.apachehaus.com/cgi-bin/download.plx)that did not have the "dll".

I need to fix the mod_proxy_html download to include it. However, looking at the size of the modules I would say libxml2 is statically linked and it's the instructions that are incorrect.
