hi,
i would like to ask about the error that i am facing..

the apr is not same...
why is it so?
i am very new to this.. a very clear and simple english would be great to put me back on the line...
bye the way i am using :
- apache 2.2.21
- ModSecurity for Apache/2.7.0-rc2
- operating system windows 7

Not an issue, all should work. You run an Apache with an older version of APR. When you upgrade to 2.2.22 from here the warning is gone.
