I tried to reboot my Apache web server from my Plesk control panel (VPS), but when I did it it just turned off (making the site go down) and was unable to restart.
The error that comes up when I try and turn it on is:
ERROR: PleskFatalException Create Shortcut Up Level
Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by websrvmng: websrvmng: Service /etc/init.d/httpd failed to restart
0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:190

I'll be honest and admit I don't have a clue what that means. Can anyone help? |

| Well that means that your plesk installtion does not work correctly. In detail plesk can't restart apache web server |
