where in the "openssl.cnf" exact location
does this info go

It says there there:

The identity of the owner of this domain/certificate has been validated. The details can be retrieved from the certificate.
I have a verified and trusted certificate (class 2). When I bought my certificate my identity as owner of the site was verified by a trusted third-party authority by phone.
