Hi

Does anyone know how to convert this from Apache 2.2 to 2.4 settings?

Code:
# Prevent .htaccess and .htpasswd files from being viewed by Web clients.
<FilesMatch "^\.ht">
   Order allow,deny
   Deny from all
</FilesMatch>

Some also use "Satisfy All" while most don't. What does "Satisfy All" do in this relation?

From the httpd.conf:

#
# The following lines prevent .htaccess and .htpasswd files from being
# viewed by Web clients.
#
<Files ".ht*">
Require all denied
</Files>

Satisfy is deprecated by the new authz re-factoring, see http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_access_compat.html . With mod_access_compat you can still use the old ones for the time being.
