We are trying to compile mod_auth_memcookie for win32 but facing problems.
http://authmemcookie.sourceforge.net/
We were able to find win32 versions of memcached and libevent but so far no win32 versions of libmemcache.
Does anyone have pointers on how to compile mod_auth_memcookie for Apache on windows?

Hi - it has been a couple of years - and I hope you have found a solution to your problem? I can't seem to find any information on how to build mod_auth_memcookie.so for windows, nor can I find one that's already built for window!
I'd appreciate it very much if you could share your solution.
