Hi,
I have installed: apache_2.0.59-win32-x86-no_ssl (as request me my customer) from site: http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/
Now I verify that in services.msc there is not apache service. When I try to start service with: Apache.exe -w -n "apache" -k start I recevice:
[Thu Sep 08 11:37:36 2011] [error] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specified. : No installed service named "apache"
Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit. 28...
I verified that I have not httpd.conf file... in the bin folder...
How I can start apache service?
thank's

By default the service has the name Apache2 if you haven't change it.
I wonder why you still wanna run Apache 2.0.x that is much outdated and will not support for long. |
