People keep telling me that my server is slow, could you please go to

Im running apache2 on a dell 9100, go here to see more info

I connect to the internet through a netgear hub, then a router.

also it might help if you tell me where you are in the world, im about 150 miles from london, uk.

Well, your connection is not the fastest, but not lame. But your files are too large! Full document is 1254 KB. Your graphics are 1101 KB that is too heavy for web!

Larger graphics usually jpeg since they can be compressed pretty well. Of course some of that has to do with the graphics software you use. I have about twice your upload speed and I try not to let any one graphic go over 12k. Not always successful, but I try.

I check my speed test here http://www.ip-details.com/
My speed test is Upload speed is 1.80kbps
Download speed is 0.75kbps....

It is advisable to have your site size limit up to 300kb. All graphic included. Otherwise you'll lose lots of visitors with slow net speed.

Upload speed 0.24 its like 10 connection per second max

* no Full-duplex

Solution:
Upload graphic etc to Cdn or other server
