The candidate tarballs for 2.3.14 are now available at:
http://httpd.apache.org/dev/dist/
ASF is opening up a vote to release these as 2.3.14-beta.
In the change log, the reported Windows issues from gregg and me are not handled.

There are some changes in reverse proxying what I use a lot. Specialy mod_proxy_ajp. Also there are some fixes for LDAP. That makes it interesting for Active Directory testing.
