The candidate tarballs for 2.3.13 are now available at:

ASF is opening up a vote to release these as 2.3.13-beta, with a hope to push on for a quick GA after maybe another beta release in the near future. |

Agree, coming days I start to build. First study the details what is changed.
Already noticed that PCRE is now not inlcuded anymore, going to use PCRE 8.12.
Not sure yet if all dsp files and dsw is up to date to do GUI build.

dsw and dsp's are as up to date as I can plead to get them without nagging. mod_authn_socache is not being built yet and yes pcre is a separate deal. |
