Was busy with my graphs and noticed the follwing:
Back in March PHP advises to use the Apache Lounge binariess, see PHP 5.3.6 Released!
Look at the graph at Apache Statistics and you can see that since March the outgoing traffic is doubled.
Lot of PHP friends we have.
See also the youtube video (in german) Apache 2.2 mit PHP 5.3 unter Windows installieren, also Apache Lounge build used.
