I've installed the WebDav module for Apache (mod_dav). It's all standard configuration.
When using the build-in WebDav client in Windows 7 (MiniRedir), we have discovered, that if we eg. transfer a 20MB file from a client to the server, the network traffic for this is about 40MB. It looks like the file is transferred two times to the server.
I've tried other clients eg. on Mac OS X, where the network traffic is normal. Since our users are using the Windows build-in WebDav client, this is a big problem for us, since all network traffic will double.
Does anybody know a solution for this problem? |
