Yes,

I like my user to redirect them http://ccbss/otrs/customer.pl rather then http://h2sydp23/otrs/customer.pl I do not want them to see http://h2sydp23/otrs/customer.pl but they will not know.

The folder otrs must not exist on the ccbs server.
