You have to create a vhost with the path to that dicretory.

Code:

NameVirtualHost *:80

<Virtualhost *:80>
Servername  casserlyman.co.uk
ServerAlias  www.casserlyman.co.uk
DocumentRoot /www/domain
   <Directory /www/doamin>
   Options All
   Allowoverride none
   Order Allow, deny
   Allow from all
   </Directoy>
</Virtualhost>

You might take a look at http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/vhosts/name-based.html

if you still have a question please ask again.
