Is there a way to forward the ntlm auth from IE6 and IE8 to a reverse proxy? With a normal reverse proxy it forwards only the headers from the borwser, but not the ntlm auth string.

OS: Suse linux

Nope I haven't read it yet. It applies only to Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 Standard Edition, so not useful to me. I need NTLM with apache on suse linux.
