Hello!
I appreciate any help I get so I will thank anyone in advance!
I have basic install of XAMPP with Apache on my PC. I have recently reinstalled windows 7 x64 because I still face the same problem.
All of my downloads through http are incredibly slow, going from 4kB/s to 1kB/s on localhost, the same appears from outside connection.
I did not modify any of apache configs neither installed any bandwidth modules, I installed it on D:\ drive and only created new FileZilla users.
I have XAMPP 1.7.3 with Apache 2.2.14 (IPv6 enabled) + OpenSSL 0.9.8l running on Windows 7 x64 through PPPoE connection.
Please note that everything works fine with https.

It looks like the problem was in the httpd.conf
I had to remove # infront of the EnableSendFile off
Works fine! |
