Hey I installed XAMPP today which includes the service Apache. However every time I try to start Apache the window always freezes. Also when I try to start Apache through SCM I get a error message saying Apache cannot start and refer to the service specific error code 1. Everytime I try to setup Apache I get error cannot find the path specified.
Anyone have any idea whats going on? |

Service error 1;
Check events right before that one in the event viewer, might find something more concrete. Have a look in the error log as well, somethings will land in there. Post what you find specific to the error.
At the command line, typing 'httpd' and it hanging there doing nothing is actually normal behavior.
