It takes about 10 or more seconds for http.exe to kick into action making my website take well over 15 seconds on the server (yes localhost).
The sniffer says "HTTP Server slow response time.. site has been up for 2 hours and 12 minutes and it has registered as slow on the asniffer for 178 times.. this must be an apache configuration issue.. if anyone can help set this up right please respond with your help. |

Is there anything in your error log? Which version of apache do you run? What kinda software / pages do you run on your server?
