I am using apache 2.2 which i got through xampp, with CF9 and trying to get a test server going for dreamweaver mx 2004, first it was giving me the error that CFIDE cannot be found, i fixed that but im still getting two errors --

include file with name ass-preferences.asp does not exist, xampp/perl/site/lib/Apache/ASP.pm line 773

error compiling index.asp: ,/xampp/perl/site/lib/Apache/ASP.pm line 1466

I am new to this so any help is greatly appreciated, if you need more information just post here, will check back in AM as im leaving work now.

That's Pearl:ASP not M$ ASP. So there is not IIS needed Wink

Since it is a compiling error in that ASP.pm You should download the xampp again and replace that file. If there is still that error you should contact the authors of xampp in the xampp forum or the xampp page.
