I created a test.php file with simple display of the phpinfo, however when run from the command line it includes all modified settings that I require as it should do but when viewed via Apache although it says the php.ini file used was the same one "/etc/php.ini" the Configure Command output fails to include all my modified settings...

Any ideas please?

Which OS do you run?

How did you configure your include paths? relative? Or full paths?
