I can see my server when i log into my dns account. My siteuptime shows that it is up. Everything shows to be the way it should but when I try to type in my website name it says this link is broken. When I type in the IP adress http://192.168.1.103 the page will come up but says that the API Key was rejected, I have a google map and a few adds on my site. On my liksys router it also shows the dns update is succesful, so I,m at a loss. I cant se anything that is out of place. The site has been up for about a year now. Just wondering if I should just install apache all over again. Tried to reinstall it, but the wierd thing is it put the old settings back instead of the one I typed in. Such as server admin, and the default address in the httpd file. xp system, apache2.2.14, behind a linksys router. |

The 192.168.1.103 only your internal adress. You need your external adress. Check http://www.whatsmyip.org/ to see your external IP.
The google api key is bind to a web adress like example.com
Since your server is behind a linksys router you need to forward the ports. |
