I downloaded and installed the latest (2.2.11) version of x64 apache from blackdot.be, and everything seems to work great, except for the rewritelog.
I saw a thread from about 3 years ago about how to fix it: http://www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?t=926.
Was wondering if this is the same issue that I'm running into or if this is a new one. It crashes for me as soon as I have a RewriteLogLevel directive in the VirtualHost.
Getting this error in the event log:
