Hi everyone.
I am trying to install joomla, on my pc. But inthe pre installation its showing no mysql support. But mysql,php and apache are working very nicely. So wat can be the reason.Another thing is when i run phpinfo() then it doesnt show the information about mysql. I feel its not configured properly can i knw the procedure properly about configuring the php with mysql.
I have apache2.2,php5.6 and mysql 5.51. It a bit urgent .

| You have to edit your php.ini and enable the mysql extension into it. |

Hi james
actually i did everything, i removed the ";" before extension=php_mysql.dll
and extension=php_mbstring.dll
wat else i wil have to do i did these two steps and i have already added libmysql.dll in php\ext folder is it rt folder or which folder should i use to put that file. wat else. is it needed to cinfigure php with mysql.
