Or if possible httpd-2.2.2-win32-x86-ssl.zip?

The oldest apache with SSL I found is 2.2.4 in the apache archive Why not using the newest apache?

I found a 2.2.2 version with ssl at www.gknw.net/development/apache/httpd-2.2/win32/
