Sorry I'm a super newbie when it comes to PHP/APACHE and I really apologize for bothering but I'm at my wits end on this. Embarassed

My environment is:
OS: Windows 2003 Server
PHP: PHP 5.2.6-dev (Win32)
Apache: Apache/2.0.63 (Win32)

I am installing software called SB EventLog Monitor. The instructions say to: IMPORTANT: You must set write permission for PHP to the following directories: "data", "templates_cache" and ".htpasswd" file (security info later)

I cannot figure out for the of me how to figure this out, I thought cygwin but didn't get it to work. The instructions are at: http://eventlog-monitor.info/install.php

Can you provide me with any info or guidance please?

Under Windows these permissions are given by default. Don't worry about that.

Do you run apache under cygwin or native under Windows?
