I installed this module. This work properly, except next:
<Apache error log>
[error] Unsupported charset Windows-1251 in HTML META, referer: ...
[warn] No usable charset information: using old HTTP default LATIN1, referer: ...
I added the lines to httpd.conf:
LoadFile modules/mod_proxy_html/iconv.dll
LoadFile modules/mod_proxy_html/libxml2.dll
It didn't help. How can I fix it?

I do not know what happens, maybe you can ask the author of the mod.
On his site is some about Character Encoding: http://apache.webthing.com/mod_proxy_html/guide.html
There is also a switch ProxyHTMLMeta [On|Off] , maybe you can try that.
