If Apache service crashes it can be restarted automaticly after 1 minute. Is there a way to restart it faster?

select on First failure: Run a Program
and do something in batch, like:
-----
taskkill /im httpd.exe /f
rem pskill httpd
httpd -k start
rem net start apache2.2

Thanks, that is very clever idea to start a batch with starts apache. Maybe I can put the apache command itself into that.
