First off, I have to say that out of any forum on the net, you guys know what you are talking about more than anyone else.

Anyway, I am trying to setup a mail server -- and it hasn't gone so well...

What I'm Running

--Windows XP
--Apache 2.0
--No-ip
--Installed Mercury 32
--Installed My SQL (but honestly don't know what it is for)
--Have already set up a server....site name is "http://worldveil.hopto.org"

During the Mercury set up, I configured all of the mail to go under the "Mercury" file under program files. I also installed all three of the 3rd party spam/virus filters for use with Mercury.

Questions

**How does My SQL fit into the mail server?
**Where do I go from here to get the mail server running?

Mercury 32 do not need MySQL server. So I don't get head arround your first question.
Second question: double click mercury.exe or do you want to know how to configure it?

There is support for it Wink http://www.pmail.com/support.htm also good is http://community.pmail.com/forums/default.aspx
