There were some (legal) issues raised by ASF members.
The following is me advised to let you all know:
"This site is not affiliated with the Apache Software Foundation or the Apache httpd Project. The site is funded entirely by me (Steffen). By donating you will help keep this site alive and well!"
Also it has been pointed out that Apache Lounge's use of the Apache logo (feather) and the Apache name is prohibited without ASF* permission.
Additionally, some of the Apache developers have strongly urged that Apache "Release Candidate" binaries built with Visual Studio 2005 not be made available at Apache Lounge for testing. |
