I need to limit number of clients that can connect to the server, say 1 at a time , and redirect others (2,3,4,...) to an error-try-again-later-page.
It seems like what I need is to set up the MaxClients to 1 and ListenBacklog to 0 (so there is not queue), but this doesn't really do it for me. Oddly enough, sometimes in the error log it says max client is reached, but most of the times, the rest of the clients were just put in queue
anyone can help me with this issue?
Thanks |

*g* 0 in httpd conf often means endless. Not sure about this one, but you should trie 1 and not 0.
Did you use MaxClients for only one client? The docs say that this not availible for Windows. |
