Fresh install of httpd-2.2, php 5.1.1, using mod_log_rotate to rotate logs for a single virtual host (kind of a test setup here initially)
When I stop the server to modify the config files, 4 instances of rotatelogs.exe are left running, and restarting the server creates 4 more. Eventually I get errors trying to start Apache because of this, unless I go through and kill all the rotatelogs processes. VERY annoying.
Anyone else running into this issue? I was under the impression that this mod got rid of the need for rotatelogs, but even if it didn't, it should at least shut down the processes when the server goes down. |

This mod does not use rotatelogs.exe .
Seems somewhere you have defined a CustomLog with rotatelogs.exe .
I am using it and no issue at all,
