He who uses the google Desktop Sidebar, can with the Apache Plugin monitor the webserver.
You can watch for
* Apache Server uptime
* Busy Server processes
* Idle Server Processes
* Requests per second
* Total Data transmission
* Current CPU load
* Response time
* Total Accesses
If there someone who makes this a firefox plugin... would be nice!
