i installed latest mod security and appache on my windows ,but when i start server and include any rules which contains SecFilterSelective ,it says invalid command ,it may be misspelled or not defined ?

why ?

I assume you run version 2

SecFilterSelective is a 1.x directive and is unknown in 2.x.

See the ModSecurity Migration Matrix at: www.modsecurity.org/blog/archives/2007/04/modsecurity_mig.html

Best is to take the core rules from the www.modsecurity.org/download/index.html and pick the ones you want to use.

Btw: I changed the subject, more meaningful now.
