I done everything to fix this error, but I don't got it?

Any help to resove this?

I'm using Apache 2.2.4 with Openssl 0.9.8e, webalizer 2.01.10 mod_perl 2.0.3, php 5.2.3 Perl 5.8.8, Webdav, Mysql, Mercury Mail

My apache is c:\apache2
